Software Architecture Meet-Up has become a significant practice over the past months. We are happy to invite you to our next event at SoftServe.

One of our primary goals is the popularization of architectural practices and approaches. Participants will be able to share their experience, learn something new in structural methodology as well as new world technology directions.

We are glad to announce our speakers.

1. Dmytro Ovcharenko: Everybody lies or how we evaluate software architecture?!

Dmytro Ovcharenko — Solutions Architect in SoftServe. Dima has over 12-year experience in IT. For the last few years is leading Software Architecture Group in SoftServe aiming to develop and spread architecture knowledge/skills inside and out of the company. Since 2018 Dima has been leading blockchain initiative in Softserve and has started out the first software/system architecture meetup.

2. Serhii Sokolov: AWS Control Tower overview

Serhii has 5 years of experience in the IT industry as a System Administrator, Support and DevOps engineer. He has worked with big on-line banking platform, worldwide retail and payment companies. His background includes Amazon (AWS) and its services, Java/Web applications, IaC and provisioning/configuration tools, building CI and CD processes. AWS Certified Architect.

3. Valerii Tereschenko: Honey sweet & bitter or how we designed data solution no matter what

Valerii Tereschenko — Lead Big Data DW/BI Engineer in SoftServe (or just TechLead in human language :) ). Valerii has over 15-years of experience in IT. For the last few years he is a part of BI/Big Data Group from Centre of Excellence department in SoftServe. Takes part in internal BI/BigData community, project assessment activities, architecture creation process (mostly for DB/DWH/BI solutions). Since 2019 Valerii has been leading one of the internal initiative for investigation new approaches in Compute/ETL/Database (POC’s, Prototypes, load tests).
