Today with great pleasure we announce the first Svila webinar hosted by a foreign speaker — Daniel Krzyczkowski, Software Developer at Predica Group and Microsoft MVP. On 18th August he will walk you through the solution to get insights related to recorded call center talks including chat messages and recorded audio-video conversations entirely built on the Azure cloud.
He will discuss services (like Azure Function or Video Indexer) used together with some business aspects of the project. The demo will cover implementation details together with the end-to-end process from uploading the file to the end Power BI report. Source code repository together with instructions will be available to all attendees.
