Free Front-End course from Kottans (подія в архіві)

Kottans are starting a free Front-end course!
The course is fully updated, divided into sections where you can join for your interest.

The program consists of basic themes that are needed to develop frontend applications:

— designing to HTML,CSS
— systematizing knowledge of JavaScript
— discovering features of frontend frameworks
— gaining the understanding of TypeScript
— training your Soft Skills

Who will be interested?

The course is suitable for those who have learned the basics of the programming language but did not begin to specialize. It can also be interesting to frontend developers who are interested in improving their knowledge.

The course consists of two parts — independent and group work

The program of the course relies on a combination of independent work and group work under the guidance of mentors. Training during the first part of the course will be entirely online. Anyone is allowed to take this part of the course.

Some of the tasks will be provided to mentors for code review. Discussing and clarifying difficult points with other students in the chat will play a very important role in the learning process. The first part takes about a month and a half.

Admission

Despite the fact that the second part will be held also online, admission for the course is open until enough applicants have successfully completed the tasks (approximately 30 students). This means, the faster you complete the tasks, the bigger chance to get into the course.

FE Questionarium | Kottans — if you need help of one of the mentors, or maybe from all of them simultaneously, you can ask it there

If you are willing to participate in the course, you need to understand that you’ll spend a lot of time building something big together — a new way of learning and collaborating. You’ll become part of a small family and should prepare yourself to find new friends and to invest a lot in this friendship (as you should in any friendship).
The final task of this course will be to split into groups and create new courses like that (and we’ll never stop).
