In this event, we will dive deep into the “generation gap” in the tech industry as our experts share their diverse experiences and perspectives. Generational theory tells us that individuals from different age groups often have distinct priorities and views on life. Understanding and navigating these differences is crucial for employers in creating a balanced, successful workplace.

Through engaging debate, we’ll seek to uncover the truths behind questions such as:
