Join us for an exciting session where we delve into the latest trends in server-side JavaScript environments! Have you heard names like Bun and Deno as alternatives to Node.js? But there’s more — LLRT, Static Hermes, Porffor, and others. What are they, and why do they exist?
Despite Node.js still being the dominant player in server-side JavaScript, new environments keep emerging. Why is that happening, and what challenges does this create for the Node.js community? How are the core contributors responding?
In this talk, we will explore:
- The current state of server-side JavaScript.
- The reasons behind the rise of new environments.
- The impact these changes have on the Node.js ecosystem.
Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead in the world of server-side JavaScript!
