The Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum (KICRF) has become an annual event and will be held on 19-20 February (TBC) 2025 in Kyiv.

Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum (KICRF) is a flagship cybersecurity gathering in Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). KICRF is the most tenacious, global expertise-oriented cybersecurity event based in Kyiv, developing the international hub of cyber resilience and cyber defense. The Forum convenes world-renowned leaders and influential decision-makers from government, business, industry, think tanks, and media.

KICRF was initiated in 2023 by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF Global), supported by the U.S. Department of State. The Forum was joined by the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Technological partners — Institute of Cyber Warfare Research and Cyber Unit Technologies.
