HYS Enterprise Internship — Intern Project Manager (подія в архіві)

HYS Enterprise is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern Project Manager to join our team. If you are eager to start a career in project management, have an analytical mindset, and have a desire to learn, this position is for you!

Requirements:

— Higher education (preferably in IT, management, or related fields) and IT Project manager courses completed;
— Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
— Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
— Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);
— Familiarity with JIRA;
— Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
— Willingness to learn and grow in project management;
— Management experience, even outside of IT, will be considered a valuable addition.
— Completion of the “Project Manager in IT” course is essential.

Responsibilities:

— Assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution;
— Maintaining communication between the team and clients;
— Managing project documentation and preparing reports;
— Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the quality of task completion;
— Analyzing risks and preparing proposals to mitigate them;
— Participating in the development and implementation of new project management processes and tools.

— Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 10.00–19.00;
