Who Can Apply?

Your team consists of at least two members.
At least one team member is a student or researcher from a higher education institution or research organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or Ukraine.
You have a science-based project or startup with a technological focus in the ICT domain with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4 or higher.
