As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will support our recruitment team in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human resources and technology, eager to kickstart a career in IT recruitment, and enthusiastic about learning the recruitment process from the ground up.

Requirements:
— Completed courses in IT recruitment;
— Familiarity with sourcing strategies;
— Basic understanding of how to conduct HR interviews effectively;
— Strong copywriting skills;
— Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates and recruitment data critically;
— Understanding of IT roles and terminology;
— Passion for recruitment and technologies;
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— Self-motivated and eager to learn;
— Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Would be a plus:
— Knowledge of the Polish language will be regarded as a significant advantage.
