What you need to have

• Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: Statistics, Algorithms, and Data Structures.
• Basic engineering skills in Python,
• Experience with VCS (preferably Git)
• Basic understanding of Data Science concepts (supervised vs unsupervised, regression vs classification, overfitting vs underfitting, etc)
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
• Education: Technical education (BS or MS in a technical field or currently pursuing the degree)

Will be a plus

• Experience with cloud services: GCP/ Azure/ AWS. It would be especially valuable if ML services were used.
• Proved experience in Python engineering
• Experience in Data Science (pet or academic projects, hackathons, etc.)
• Experience of using Data Science tools and frameworks: Jupyther, sci-kit-learn, pandas, seaborn, PyTorch etc
• Domain knowledge outside of the Computer Science field
