We are looking for an Intern Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team! For this internship, you need to have:
— Basic understanding of IT systems and software troubleshooting;
— Familiarity with Windows administration concepts;
— Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls) is an advantage;
— Willingness to learn and develop problem-solving skills;
— Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and verbal communication).
Preferred to have:
— Knowledge of Active Directory fundamentals;
— Detail orientation;
— Excellent problem-solving skills.
In this position you will be:
— Assist in basic troubleshooting and issue investigation;
— Help monitor system logs and error messages;
— Support software installation and updates;
— Work with engineers to resolve complex issues;
— Document and track support requests;
— Communicate with the team and follow instructions.
