• Choose the track and:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive growth and refine business strategies.

• Networking and mentoring: build relationships with key stakeholders across SKELAR’s global tech businesses and receive guidance from industry experts.

Requirements

• Current student (3rd-5th year) or recent graduate in marketing, economics, finance, mathematics, product management, data science, or related fields.
• A strong interest in IT and a desire to build a career in tech business.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and share knowledge.
• English skills: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Open to a B2B contract arrangement.
• Based in Warsaw or willing to relocate.
