✅ How to #join the internship
1. Sign up for the internship
Apply for the upcoming AI Search internship in Lviv. If the program isn’t starting immediately, select it from the list and apply in advance to secure your spot.
2. Complete online tests
Once you’ve applied, you’ll receive a pre-internship test to evaluate your technical skills. Successful candidates will be invited to the next stage.
Please note that we only contact candidates who successfully pass the test. If you don’t hear from us by the end of May, unfortunately, it means you didn’t pass this time.
3. Pass an interview
Talk to our recruiter and internship mentors — get to know the program and showcase your knowledge in a friendly technical interview.
4. Welcome to the internship
Begin your journey into AI Search with structured training, real tasks, and strong mentorship.
🎯 What you need to have
- Enough time to spend at least 6 hours a day on education + read at least 1 book a month
- Highly motivated to develop skills and grow as a Search Engineer
- Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: Statistics, Algorithms, and Data Structures.
- Engineering skills in Java development
- Basic knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with VCS (preferably Git)
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Education: Technical education (BS or MS in a technical field or currently pursuing the degree)
Will be a plus
- Proven experience in Java development (Multithreading, Java Web, JVM internals, Unit testing) and familiarity with NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud services: GCP/ Azure/ AWS
- Experience in Java pet/academic projects
- Experience in using Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, SLF4J
- Search Domain knowledge (Text analysis techniques)
