Topic: “From ClickOps to GitOps: Rebuilding Our Deployment Process”
Topic Description: This talk will cover our journey from manual production changes and a custom deployment tool to a fully GitOps-driven workflow. I’ll share the challenges we faced, the key migration steps, and how we rebuilt our release process with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and AWS. As a result, we improved deployment visibility, release speed, automation, and made GitHub our single source of truth.

Topic: “From Alert to root cause — AI assisted EKS incident management using AWS DevOps agent”
Topic description: This talk covers our journey from manual incident response to an AI-assisted root-cause workflow on EKS. I’ll share how we wired AWS DevOps Agent into our observability stack — kube-prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes via MCP — and run through real scenarios like CrashLoopBackOff, failing probes, and resource pressure. I’ll be honest about where the agent sped up investigation and where it fell short. As a result, we reduced time-to-root-cause, improved incident visibility, and mapped out exactly where AI fits in our SRE process.
