Art builds the agent infrastructure that runs in production for Salesforce, Uber, Vanguard and others.

We’ll start with a naive agent, watch it break, and evolve it step by step into one that picks the right work, handles it well, and knows when to bring a human in. You’ll leave with a practical blueprint for delegating real work to agents.
