Apple блокує розробників з Білорусі через санкції

Я так розумію, що через ось цей документ:

а саме:

Section 1[...]
(ii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, after consultation with the Secretary of State:
[...]
(D) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services
in support of, the activities described in paragraph (a)(ii)(A) through © of this section [...]

Це означає, що роботодавці, що наймають білоруських втікачів, теж можуть потрапити під санкції.
