**Current visa and immigration processing times are approx. 6-8 months.Basic Requirements:
· Fluent in English
· 3+ years Industry Experience
· Computer Science or related Bachelor’s Degree
· Strong technical skills, including experience with: OO Programming, Data Structures (hash maps, trees), Algorithms, Time Complexity, System Design (i.e. scalability, caching, micro services, distributed computing systems)
· Proficient in at least one modern programming language (i.e. Java, C++, C#, Ruby, Golang, etc.)
**Coding/problem solving on a white board is part of the evaluation at onsite interviews as part of the interview process.The recruiting process will be simple:
1. Resume Review/Qualifications
2. Online Coding Assessment (2 Algorithms to solve in 90 minutes)
