I worked for several months in a team developing a service for a client from France as a Backend Developer. It was a project-based position, but the experience was invaluable! The team atmosphere was always warm, with support from experienced colleagues and live problem-solving. The collaboration format was truly comfortable for me as we had a well-established process for team interaction. Working in a team with specialists from different countries was very exciting. Despite different time zones, we always managed to communicate at convenient times. I am happy I had the opportunity to work with Managed Code.
