I`m HR manager with experience of 2.5 years. I`ve been working with closing
various vacancies in IT (Back-end developers, Front-end developers, Full-stack
developers, mobile application developers, 1C developers, and analysts,
Automation/Manual testers, UX/UI designers) and digital (PPC specialists, Web
analysts, Promo managers, Web designers, Videooperators). I have experience in
a full search cycle: communication with the stakeholders, vacancy description,
searching (X-Ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), screening, interviewing, preparing job offers, onboarding.
