allow me to level with you,please-life sucks! No matter where ever you are:eastern Europe, western Europe, States or Canada.

In meantime, let me suggest a "perfect secret "destination for you — Alberta & praire provinces of Canada as almost as exactly 100 years ago when hundreds best farmers move to Canada from Ukraine to build better life for themselves & their kids.
That’s why Canada is a such great country today.
Full disclosure : our company is specializing in bringing in senior IT talent to Canada (over 500+ in 2 years & counting).
Almost every 2nd person in those provinces has Ukrainian last name.Bunch of Ukrainian churches, Ukrainian radio(Ukrainian language only!),wonderful people,much cheaper real estate & generally overall lower cost of living.

US is a very big & very diverse country- N.Y.& L.A. totally different.
All our friends & relatives (с мозгами) are what you would call — upper middle class.
Nobody wants 2 leave.
