I’d like to share my experience regarding my application for the Middle Node.JS Developer role on January 26, 2024. Promptly after applying, I received an email from a recruiter on the same day, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. The recruiter proposed available time slots for a short interview to discuss the details further, and we mutually agreed on an interview scheduled for January 30, 2024.

The interview itself was both positive and impressive, leaving me with a sense of optimism. At its conclusion, the recruiter assured me that I would receive feedback on my application and details about the next steps within a couple of days.

However, despite the initial pleasant communication, I never received any feedback. Subsequent inquiries to the recruiter regarding the status of my application yielded responses indicating that feedback was still pending. This lack of communication following such an encouraging interview experience leaves me disappointed.

I believe that maintaining open and transparent communication, particularly when a candidate may not be considered an ideal fit for the position, is essential to fostering a respectful and professional relationship throughout the recruitment process.
