HR Recruiter at MyHeritage
  • MyHeritage

It is with great sorrow that I am leaving MyHeritage due to my husband’s job relocation abroad. This place has truly become a second home and family to me. My position was an IT Recruiter for the Kiev office. The company already has a very well-known brand, while still having a dynamic fast-phased start up environment. During my training, so much emphasis was put on treating the candidates with the highest level of respect during the interviewing process while providing feedback and timely response. Also, I have never worked in a company that invests so much in the employee welfare!

Pros: very competitive above market wages, central location, cutting-edge technology, open door policy, appreciated employee feedback, place to learn and develop, numerous benefits such as private health insurance, gym membership, etc; very understanding management, beautiful offices all over the world, there are endless events /BBQs/ happy hours, etc.
Cons: Too many snacks and chocolates around the office leave you no chance to keep a diet!

Finally, I really enjoyed being part of the company that makes the product that truly helps millions of people around the world! As an added bonus I got to do my DNA test and found out some interesting facts about my family (Chinese roots!).
