Probationary period is over! 🥳 My first three months at ArboStar have passed so quickly, and now I’m officially part of the team! It was a real design pumping: from the first acquaintance with the product to full immersion in the tasks of the marketing department. I want to share a few things that left a first pleasant impression: 1. The team. I was warmly welcomed from the first day. I’m especially grateful to my marketing colleagues for their support, constructive feedback, and humor on the call. I have great specialists in my team, with whom it is interesting to grow professionally and as a human being. 2. Interesting tasks. Creatives, landing pages, presentations, UX improvements — everything is dynamic and diverse. In addition, they value initiative and are always open to new ideas. 3. International environment. We have English-language meetings, so I started to improve my English (and now I’m even more motivated!). 4. A product with a real meaning. I am impressed that ArboStar is not just a “project for the sake of a project”, but a powerful CRM that really facilitates the work of clients in the tree care industry around the world. I am proud to be officially a part of this story 💚🌳
