I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency.

My interaction began when a recruiter reached out with what seemed like a promising job opportunity and proposal for an initial interview. However, after this first contact, communication completely stopped. I had to follow up multiple times over the course of a month before finally receiving a response and interview invitation.

After completing the interview, the recruiter once again disappeared. My requests for feedback or updates were completely ignored, leaving me in the dark about where I stood in the process.

Throughout our limited interactions, the recruiter demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism and preparation. They decided to use generic scripts rather than personalizing our communication
