Hey there! Started chatting with the company back in November for a project in Romania. Recruiter Taisiia Petruk reached out on Djinni, went silent for two weeks, then suggested a call to discuss details. I showed up for the interview, which turned out to be technical — no HR interview at all. Seems like the recruiter was too busy to handle it. Interview participants were surprised too, as it was my first call with the company. After that, I had an interview with the PM and then with the client. Two weeks post the last interview, and Taisiia Petruk hasn’t bothered to update me or even respond to my messages on Telegram.
I’ve never encountered such rudeness. They say not to judge a company by how they hire you but by how you leave. In this case, I wouldn’t even consider it for double the salary.
Hey! It’s been over a year, and I’m still waiting for my last paycheck. Been in touch with Ms. Maria every month, where she tries to gain sympathy with “tough times in the company” stories.
Long story short — it’s a company run by Ms. Maria and her son Igor (oops, sorry, Ioan). The latter lives in the UAE, couldn’t care less about the employees, and even blocks you on LinkedIn when you ask about your salary. My lawyer said he would never sign the kind of contract this company makes employees sign. And, by the way, you can only sue them in the US, as the contract is not valid in Ukraine.
The only gem in the team is Mykola Kovach, who I learned a ton from in six months. I still don’t get why such a talented person is associated with this bunch of scammers.
I strongly advise steering clear of this company.
